NO matter how blissfully happy you and your man are, if one of you wants a lot of sex while the other is fine getting it every now and then, problems may arise in your relationship.

According to Dr Jireh Serfontein, a medical doctor and sexologist from My Sexual Health, having sex stimulates the release of endorphins (feel good hormones), which help to ease stress and boost pleasure.

Having regular sex will also increase intimacy and improve your relationship. Sex and having an orgasm result in increased levels of a hormone that helps you feel closer to your partner.
