This invigorating endeavour allows guests to explore the resort’s aquatic backyard in search of fresh conch (a local shellfish and Bahamian food favourite) for the ultimate sea-to-salad experience! Under the expert guidance of the resort staff, this 4-hour experience allows guests to embark on a private charter to spot and dive for conch and snorkel the crystal clear blue waters surrounding the resort.

CONCH SHELL DIVING AT THE COVE
After the diving is complete, the resort staff will escort guests to a private white sand beach for a fully-catered lunch including Conch Shell Ceviche, made with fresh conch collected from the dive. This light and healthy dish blends the freshly-caught meat with crisp peppers, ripe tomatoes, zesty lime juice, and flavourful spices for a refreshing and healthy ceviche.
