The newly renovated Paradise Resort is ready to reopen.

After closing their doors during the COVID-19 lockdown, family favourite Paradise Resort Gold Coast reopened on 1 September with a completely revamped look. Making the best of a bad situation, the resort brought forward its plans for a much-needed makeover and in doing so, was able to keep staff on board with repurposed roles. Chefs took to paintbrushes, housekeeping to the gardens and kids' club attendants to the water parks, working on everything from maintenance and cleaning to assisting local trades on larger renovation projects.
