Sony brings Hi-Res audio to a slightly more affordable range with these always-on earphones

The new Sony WF-LS900N surely links you to the world like the LinkBuds we reviewed a couple of months ago, but Sony doesn’t call it so, except in the Headphones Connect app, and hence we wouldn’t either. The WF-LS900N is the latest addition to Sony’s TWS portfolio, and it strategically fills the space for a more affordable headphone that doesn’t compromise on the Sony experience. Sony has announced a further `3000 cash back on certain credit and debit cards, and this surely makes it extremely interesting.

The LS900N is smaller than the TWS flagship 1000XM4, but larger than the ring-shaped L900. With a small and lightweight design, the device fits well in the ear, though it continues to rely on the ear tips to stay in place. The light profile helps you to forget that you are wearing the device especially if you are in ambient sound mode. The buds are IPX4 splash and sweatproof. These buds essentially combine the best features of the 1000XM4 and L900. The touch surfaces proved sensitive and responsive every time.
