The Maillon de Cartier is firstly a jewel and a statement of style, a precious watch that resides in the creative watchmaking repertoire of Cartier. The bracelet whose chain-links are offset, well-rounded and opulent, move in time with the ultra-feminine elegance of the watch. This interpretation of rectangular links, a hexagonal dial, and beveled brancards allows the case and links to entwine themselves in one graphic motion. The crown is set with a brilliant-cut diamond (0.07 ct), while the case, dial, and bracelet are set with 300 brilliant-cut diamonds. The dial is inlaid and echoes the sequencing of the stones set in the links, adding to the kinetic relief of this blue lacquer and tsavorite version. Limited and numbered edition of 20 pieces.
