Brit takes second overall behind Megan Guarnier
Dani Rowe was able to rekindle the form from her third-place finish in the Commonwealth Games road race last month to finish second in the Tour de Yorkshire women’s race.
“It was a big aim of mine,” Rowe said after finishing third on the second stage up the Cow and Calf climb to secure her spot on the general classification.
