EVE Online’s Invasion expansion is reaching a climax.

Last July, EVE Online players fell victim to an alien invasion of unprecedented scale. Across the lawless outer reaches of New Eden, where EVE’s player alliances battle for territory, fleets of alien vessels began attacking player-owned starbases and ships. It was chaos, but it was just another chapter in an ongoing story that’s been slowly unraveling in EVE Online for the past six years. And, as of May 26, EVE Online’s alien invasion is headed towards a climactic finale where the fate of the galaxy is up to players to decide.

Simply titled Invasion, this year-long expansion has seen EVE Online players go to war with the Triglavian Collective, a ritualistic and technologically superior alien race that was exiled from their home system for reasons that are not entirely known.
