Vineeth was always interested in photography, but it became a serious passion when he started doing bird photography about three years ago. Before that, he did Landscapes and night skies, occasionally. He started photography with a Nikon Coolpix P90 compact camera.

Vineeth is a software engineer born and raised in Chendamangalam, Kerala. He has worked and stayed in different cities, majorly in Texas. Currently he is based in Dallas, Texas.

Vineeth was always interested in photography, but it became a serious passion when he started doing bird photography about three years ago. Before that, he did Landscapes and night skies, occasionally. He started photography with a Nikon Coolpix P90 compact camera.

“The variety of birds that we get to see in Texas, is just amazing and that along with help and encouragement from some birding friends, I was able to travel more and photograph at many spots across the state,” Vineeth says.

Some of his images were published multiple times in the Malayalam publication Mathrubhumi, along with Wild Planet Photo Magazine (UK) and Texas Parks and Wildlife. “In the first two years of my bird photography, my photos were featured in the Birds of Texas calendars, which was a huge encouragement for me,” he says.
