Vince believes drastic change is not needed

JAMES VINCE has defended county cricket and is convinced that evolution rather than revolution is needed to get England back on track in the red-ball game.
The Hampshire captain might be an outside bet for the England job if Joe Root is removed from his post before the first Test of the summer.
But speaking on the eve of the new County Championship season, Vince (below) believes that any knee-jerk response to England’s recent failings could do more harm than good.
