Driver's Miracle Escape As BMW Ripped Apart In Crash

DRAMATIC photos show the devastating aftermath of a crash in the early hours.
The one-car smash happened on Briscoe Lane in Newton Heath at around 4.15am yesterday. Police officers, firefighters and paramedics raced to the scene.
A cordon was put in place on the street and the road was closed off for some time. Miraculously, the driver of the white BMW escaped without serious injuries.
The man was taken to hospital from the scene, but his injuries were not believed to be serious, the M.E.N. understands.
