Noida And Ghaziabad Doing Better Than Delhi? Virus Curves Suggest So

The twin satellite cities of Noida and Ghaziabad are home to more than 40 lakh people, which is nearly one-third of the total population of Delhi. However, these cities have less than two per cent cases of Covid-19, as compared to the national capital.

Proactive measures like sealing borders, strict lockdown without any relaxation in opening of shops, and immediate sealing of hotspots have helped UP cities in containing the spread of coronavirus better than the neighbouring state.

While Delhi's borders are open, the borders of NoidaGhaziabad are completely sealed with nobody without a valid pass issued by local administration is allowed to enter the city. Also, the Ghaziabad administration has imposed a time limit for those crossing city's borders and nobody is allowed to enter exit after nine pm till six in the morning.
