King Is Lord Of The Linnets

Weymouth boss Brian Stock was delighted to head back to the south coast with a share of the spoils after earning a point in the battle of the strugglers at The Walks.

The Terras twice took the lead against the Linnets – who remain undecided if they will finish their league season – only to be pegged back both times.

Stock said: “It was a very entertaining game for the neutral and I was happy to come away with a point against a very good side.

“I still thing that King’s Lynn are one of the best sides we’ve played this season. I said it after the home game and I’ll say it again now.

“The way they inter-change their formation causes teams lots of problems and they’ve got some really good players.”
