THE Duke and Duchess of Cambridge — or simply Wills and Kate, as their subjects and fans like to call them — arrived in Canada with children George and Charlotte in tow on Sept. 24. No simple family vacation, this was the couple’s first official royal tour there since 2011. Their private jet touched down in the western city of Victoria, and a week full of some 30 engagements, events and photo ops stretched out before them. Naturally, Kate required a full staff of seven to attend to her needs.
