Even allowing for his occasional box-office bombs, Ben Affleck is a very successful guy. So it was telling that, during a Dec. 12 talk to promote his next movie, Live by Night, the 44-year-old actor/writer/ director cited the births of his three children as his greatest accomplishments. “It’s a joy to hang out with them,” he said. “I think the meaning of life is to make good people.”

If that’s his view, one might wonder why he would stop at three. Well, it turns out, he may not: According to a source, Ben and his wife, Jennifer Garner, 44, are said to be expecting baby number four! Her rep denies it, but the insider reports that the couple’s inner circle is buzzing: “Their friends say they’ve been trying to keep it hush-hush, but it seems to be getting harder. Jen’s been showing what looks like a bump beneath those bulky tops she favors. And absolutely glowing lately!”
