The new parents were spotted in a NSW holiday spot

The stresses of work were a world away for Karl Stefanovic, with the Today co-host last week reuniting with wife Jasmine and their newborn daughter, Harper, in Byron Bay, in northern NSW.

The couple enjoyed a morning outing together with baby Harper, grabbing breakfast and coffees in sunny Byron Bay.

The family had been living apart – Karl in Sydney and, as of last week, Jasmine and Harper in their new home in Noosa. In these exclusive pictures, Jasmine, 36, is seen with baby Harper at her and Karl’s new luxurious beachside home.

Meanwhile, Today co-host Karl, 45, is on a mission to resurrect his career and return the show to its former ratings glory. While Karl’s return to the show at the start of the year, alongside co-host Allison Langdon, was given much fanfare, the ailing show is still lagging well behind rival, Sunrise.

“Given Karl has a new baby, executives are worried about him dropping his game due to lack of sleep,” an insider reveals. “And with Today’s ratings, they can’t afford to miss a beat.

“So, Jasmine decided to go north to give him a break.”

Karl is also under pressure to hold on to his reported $2.5 million in salaries at the Nine Network.

But all work and no play makes Karl a dull boy. He won’t want to spend too much time away from his wife, with the couple understood to be very keen to have another baby.
