Gone troppo The yellow and teal living room plays host to a blue sofa from Ikea, Stilnovo pendant, cotton curtains in “Palm Springs” fabric by Thevonen and Marco Bagnoli artwork on the wall. The two marble-topped solid wood tables and lacquered iron floor lamp are by fellow Milan artisan Mirko Pancaldi. Old treasures Damiano’s frequent visits to flea markets and vintage stores have unearthed some real treasures, including the stool, record player, lamp and wire chair in the dining area, opposite. Simply red Damiano designed the chipboard dining table with its red trim (opposite). “I enjoyed using a cheaper material and looking at it from a new perspective,” he says.
