FEAST OF ROSES

Like the confederate rose that is known for its dramatic colour changes, this dreamy 7,000 sq ft home on the 12th floor of an apartment building at Koregaon Park in Pune, shifts its hues gradually from vanilla to pink to deep red. Designed by Huzefa Rangwala and Jasem Pirani of MuseLAB, the idea was to create a home that had a colour palette, which would transition and deepen as one would move from the public to private spaces. The home is a fairly large five-bedroom home, with a 1,200 sq ft living-dining room, an outdoor double-height terrace with a pool connected to the sauna and shower area, a large 800 sq ft den, a home office, a pantry, dry kitchen and wet kitchen, and a separate staff quarters and service area.
