The design of the living room evolved organically, where the use of colour and the warmth it brings, was always on the agenda (OPPOSITE PAGE) The fireplace in the living room is flanked by a Yoruba beaded throne and is complimented by sculptural figures by George Lilanga and artwork by Shirley Jaffe

The home has a subtle architecture which was the perfect canvas to introduce colour and flair through the furnishings and art. The Oceana cushions and footstool fabric are from Dar Leone while artwork next to sofa is by Maimouna Guerresi
