Catherine and her team run a variety of short courses, from Southern Italian to fab mains and desserts, from healthy meal prep for two to a fish and vegetarian masterclass and lots more. Catherine also runs her online cookery school which has really grown in popularity of late. Weekend packages are available to include accommodation with a dinner and a cookery experience on the Sunday morning with lunch.
