Surrounded by farmland, at the foothills of the Wicklow mountains, Ballyknocken Cookery School is an idyllic location to hone your kitchen skills. founded by celebrity chef Catherine fulvio over 20 years ago, this cookery school appeals to all ages and all tastes. The 1850s farmhouse offers seven guest bedrooms and the herb, vegetable and soft fruit garden supply the kitchen. Catherine and her team run a variety of short courses, from Southern Italian to fab mains and desserts, from healthy meal prep for two to a fish and vegetarian masterclass and lots more. Catherine also runs her online cookery school which has really grown in popularity of late. Weekend packages are available to include accommodation with a dinner and a cookery experience on the Sunday morning with lunch.
