Established in 1909 as an engineering company in the electrical industry, Japanese brand KDK was responsible for the mass production of the typhoon type of electric fans in Japan back in 1913. Since then, KDK has been catering to a wide clientele and their needs.
-
Their history in revolutionising fans meant that the brand went from producing differing types of electric fans equipped the most advanced Japanese-made alternating-current (AC) motor of the day, to those of today, which utilise a Direct Current (DC) motor which helps to conserve more energy. To suit today’s society, which is highly aware of the importance of being eco-friendly, KDK has come out with several fans to enable users to be as eco-friendly as possible on a daily basis.
The fans at KDK are equipped with a unique 1/f Yuragi function that mimics the gentle breeze that mother nature has to offer. This helps to provide a comforting and relaxing ambiance when there’s no breeze outdoors in the patio. It also encourages an uninterrupted, good night’s sleep in the bedroom.
