It’s a combination, his deep appreciation for world cuisines with his astute understanding of interior designing, and that’s what makes the restaurants he designs such a sensorial success! You could say, Sumessh Menon, was meant to become an award-wining chef, but instead decided to curate the culinary experience with the spaces he perfects. He doesn’t disagree with this observation, but, he does go on to elaborate, “I have always been a big foodie and design has always been my first and foremost love. So, it would seem that becoming a restaurant designer was inevitable! It’s my greatest joy to be able to pursue both my passions in my work life!”
