There is a Turkish idiom; “by herself”… Being reason to be used this idiom in industry years ago, Ayse Tohumcu who known as “needler Ayse” supplies the sales of carpet machine and parts of carpet machines such as blades, needles from Switzerland, the UK and America. In the first years even suffering some difficulties, clinching the sector by saying “not to surrender is a magical word” and letting sounds of heels emerge at the Gaziantep industry, Ayse Tohumcu, Chairman of the Board of Ateks, has become a sought after name in the carpet sector in which mostly men prevail. At the same time being the member of Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce and taking place in the Founders of the Board of Woman Entrepreneurs, Tohumcu said, “In my heart there is always women support to each other every time. Woman should polish woman.” Needller Ayse of whom we listened to her trade life since the first years onwards responded our questions about Ateks brand.
