This is scene two of a three-part landscape depicting life in the Karoo. Scene 1 entitled "Starry Starry Night" was featured in a previous issue of Craftwise. The third scene will be featured later in 2018.
INSTRUCTIONS
TO START
1. Take a pencil and draw a line around the inside edge of the frame onto the board. This helps as a guideline when you remove it from the frame to work on and stops you going to the edge of the board. This step is very important as it helps when you put your picture back into the frame.
2. Trace the pattern onto the wood base.
TILE LAYOUT
1. Create scene by using the tiles and cutting them if necessary for the tile effect. I have cut the white ones in half to create the bricks.

Primitive Folk Art Doll
I have always been attracted to anything "Folksie" and enjoy doing punch needle art, making dolls - including Ithose weird little Primitive Folk Art Dolls.
