Now that the automotive industry is gradually starting to pick up pace yet again, automakers are now intently focused on bringing in new offerings.Following is the list of the top-selling bike models in the countryto help you gauge the popularity of these two-wheelers even better.
BS6 Hero Xtreme 200s
Hero MotoCorp launched the Xtreme 200S in India but is yet to upgrade the bike to meet BS6 emission standards. The company had even teased BS6 Xtreme 200S several months ago but COVID-19 outbreak delayed those plans. However, it looks like Hero will launch the faired bike during the festive season, possibly this month. Expected to be priced around Rs. 98,500, the bike will not come sporting any design changes or additional features but the only change will be in the powertrain. It will be propelled by a BS6-compliant a 200 cc oil-cooled engine that makes 17.8 bhp and 16.45 Nm. It is the same engine that powers Xpulse 200 and will be offered in combination with a five-speed gearbox.
