The Founder Principal of Saffron Public School, Phagwara (2000), Dr. Sandeepa Sood has been contributing indispensably towards the overall growth and development of this educational institution with her visionary approach and wise acumen. An M. Phil and a Ph.D., Dr. Sood has been awarded the much-coveted Doctor of Letters (D. Litt.) by University of South America, U.S.A.
She has also proved herself to be the strongest pillar of strength for her husband, Mr. Atul Sood who is an eminent businessman in the region.
A number of awards and laurels have been awarded to Dr. Sood and to the school like – ‘Best principal award by ISA 2018,’ Educational Reformer of the year’ by NSA 2018, British Council International School Award, ‘IITA Nation Builder Award’, British Council International School Award in 2018 and many more.
