A brand from the house of Paras Spices, they add their decades-old experience and expertise in making the products. In conversation with Akshita Budhiraja, Director, Orika we talk about her flavourful journey till now and her plans ahead.

Where do you derive your motivation from?

I’ve always been awed by Mrs Kiran Mazumdar from Biocon. I’ve always taken inspiration from how she broke the glass ceiling, took the challenges heads on, and reached the level that she is at now. Her fighting spirit and never give up attitude is something I try to learn from. I closely follow Gita Gopinath as well who’s the first deputy managing director of IMF and previously served as chief economist at IMF.
