Why We're All For Gym Makeup

Wearing makeup to the gym may be unpopular to many, but we have a few words for anyone who thinks its vain.

Makeup at the gym is polarising. Google it, and you’ll find all sorts of opinionated articles on why women do it (“Makes me feel good!”), why they shouldn’t do it (“It’s a little shallow.”) and just exactly what it does to your skin (“Breakouts and smeared mascara.”). Personally, I’m a gym-makeup wearer through and through, always have been: I studied ballet for 15 years, where warming up in blush and eyeliner was the norm.
