The idea of scaling a 140m sheer cliff would terrify most people. Yet Jesse Dufton, who’s almost totally blind, is attempting to climb the Old Man of Hoy in the Orkneys, a vast sea stack formed of Old Red Sandstone that juts out from the crashing waves below.
