On the evening of Friday 30 April 1999, the Admiral Duncan pub in London’s Soho was full of people enjoying themselves and looking forward to the bank holiday weekend when an explosion ripped through the bar.
The nail bomb, which killed three people and injured dozens more, had been planted by far-right fanatic David Copeland as an attack on the city’s gay community.
