The Winter Olympics are over, but there's plenty more thrilling winter sports action to enjoy as the 13th Winter Paralympic Games get underway this Friday in Beijing.

Here, Ade Adepitan, who will be based in China as part of C4's presenting team, gives his take on what's in store...

LET THE GAMES BEGIN

The Winter Paralympics are being held in Beijing between Friday 4 and Sunday 13 March. There are 78 events across five sports: alpine skiing, nordic skiing (biathlon and cross country), para ice hockey, snowboarding, and wheelchair curling. Twenty-three nations will be competing, including debutants Israel.
