How To Take Care Of Your Heart

If the heart is pumping we're alive, if not then we are no more.

Heart diseases are very common these days as even the young generation is also caught in its’ vortex.

The major reason for the same are lifestyle disorders. The symptoms of heart-related diseases are

1) Chest pain

2) Tightness in the chest

3) Shortness of breath

4) Irregular heartbeat

5) Un-usually faster or slower heartbeat

6) Fatigue

Cardiovascular diseases are also called heart diseases. Following are the main cardio vascular diseases

1) Hypertension - a condition in which the force of the blood is too high against the arteries wall.

2) Cardiac arrest - when there is a sudden and unexpected loss of heart function, breathing and consciousness. Blockage in the Arteries - it is the most common type of heart disease. It develops when arteries which supply blood, become clogged with plaque. As a result, blood supply reduces and heart receives less oxygen and nutrients making the heart muscles weak.
