STORY SO FAR In the end, there was very little that was charitable about the charity boxing event organised in memory of Luke Britton. David Platt went nuclear and he put Gary Windass in hospital, he was accused of using steroids and he was arrested. 

Gary recovered, but David hasn’t. 

He’s finished with Shona Ramsey and he’s shut down emotionally. No one knows that David’s rage comes from being raped by Josh Tucker, a twisted individual who’s confident he’ll get away with what he did because David is too ashamed to tell anyone.

Josh didn’t even flinch when David threatened to go to the police.
