STORY SO FAR 

Max Branning’s wrongdoings last year may have made him public enemy No.1 in Walford, but he’s still come back to the place where pretty much everyone hates him. And the person who loathes him most of all seems to be Phil Mitchell.

Phil was unimpressed when he found out that Max was back, then he was livid when he discovered Max was the new owner of the car lot. Then livid turned to cold rage when Max rejected his big-money offer to get out of town and never come back!

Result: Phil’s more determined than ever to bring him down and, after realising there was something very suspect about how Max got the business in the first place, has roped car salesman Robbie Jackson into digging around the office for evidence…
