Ann Leckie

The simplest ideas can have huge potency. Ann Leckie’s The Raven Tower is set in “a secondary fantasy world that’s very much like ours” but one where there are multiple gods. “The way that they exercise their power is by speaking,” explains Leckie, “so a god when it speaks has to speak the truth. STRANGE JOURNEY THE STORY OF ROCKY HORROR

“I loved every minute of it,” says Tim Curry of filming The Rocky Horror Picture Show in 1974. Barry Bostwick has another take: “I was wet and miserable most of the time.” The one thing they do agree on, however, is that the result was a milestone in cinema history.
