BOOZEHOUND Ben Affleck is telegraphing another return to rehab with his rash-ravaged face!

The big-screen Batman, 45, stumbled out of Stephen Colbert’s “Late Show” studio on Nov. 16 with his mug looking like he’d fallen asleep in a tanning bed!

“He’s showing all the signs of alcohol abuse,” said New York–based internist Dr. Stuart Fischer.

“He appears incredibly flushed AND bloated — which are both signs of overindulgence in alcohol. It appears as though he must have indulged prior to this photo being taken.

“He looks like anything BUT a superhero right now.”

The “Justice League” star stepped out with a scarlet kisser after Stephen ambushed him about his ties to alleged sexual predator Harvey Weinstein.
