Ohio Judge John Russo hit on the off-the-wall gag order when a man accused of robbery refused to keep quiet!
Russo was trying to conduct business in a Cuyahoga County courtroom when Franklyn Williams, 32, kept speaking over him and ignored repeated warnings to stop yapping.
In a video shot in the courtroom, Williams whines he’d just met his attorney and his property was removed from his cell.
