The bond you feel is built over the years, and so, is as unalterable as your fingerprint. Still, this relationship too can suffer from stress, sometimes from a happy occasion, like a marriage. Siblings might drift apart due to physical distance or increased responsibilities. Dr Rachna K Singh, clinical psychologist and life coach, Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon, says, “We live in nuclear set-ups these days. But it’s necessary to make an effort to stay in touch with your sibling.
