IT’S said that smell forms the longest lasting memories, and when I think back to my one previous experience with Bini Ludlow, at a cookery demo, it’s the aroma of the frying cumin seeds that always enters my mind. I’d almost forgotten the enthusiastic way she talks about food and her passion for the traditional cooking techniques she started learning from her mum and her auntie at the age of seven.
