From father to sons, the tradition continues

My husband Colin has always been a farmer at heart. He grew up in the small town of Hardisty, Alta., but spent many days out on his great-uncle’s and his grandparents’ farms, helping out from a young age. We still reside in Hardisty and for the last 12 years, we’ve lived on a three-acre lot. Recently, Colin purchased a 70-year-old Allis-Chalmers tractor from a good friend. It was in running order but had done little but sit and look pretty. Colin was in his glory when he took it off his fr
