The dining table is for food, not phones. Whether you’re eating alone or with others, take time off your phone screens and try to enjoy your meal and your company. If you must, set your mobile phones to vibrate and take important calls away from the table.

RESPECT UNIVERSAL QUIET ZONES

Observe silence in churches, libraries, and funerals. If you find it impossible to turn off your phone when in these places, keep it on silent and take your calls outside.

BETTER AT THE THEATER

Be a good theater seatmate by staying away from your phone during the duration of the movie or the play. No one appreciates a distracting noise or a beacon of light that’s not coming from the stage or the screen.
