When a designer interns at the London-based Superunion, they can expect to be thrown in the deep end – in a good way. “On my first day was the kick-offf or a rebrand of a creative agency in Portland, US,” Eva Bashford-Harrison tells us. “I was involved in initial idea generation, and as my internship was extended I got to see the project flourish. In my last few weeks as an intern, I started working on a big project in the Middle East.” After two months, she was hired as
