Nyaniso Dzedze’s latest character Dr Dhlomo falls for pregnant Sne and the pair are off to a messy fling…

Just when the nurses were about to give up on finding love at Durban Gen hospital, their prayers are answered. They’re introduced to new Head Of Surgery Doctor Sipho Dhlomo (Nyaniso Dzedze), who’s an eligible bachelor in every sense, says the actor. “Dhlomo is a vibrant, articulate, and charming hotshot surgeon who graduated top of his class. He was a resident at Durban Gen years before and he later moved to the US to work at a prestigious hospital,” adds Nyaniso. While Dhlomo claims that he’s back in South Africa to provide his expertise, there’s more to the story that viewers will uncover as the year progresses. For now though, he is looking for love…

THE CHASE

Within days of meeting Dhlomo, his female colleagues vie for his heart. They flirt with him and offer to help him settle into his office, but he sets his sights on none other than nurse Sne (Nombulelo Mhlongo). It’s too bad that Sne gives him the cold shoulder as she’s hiding the fact that she’s pregnant with their colleague Lindelani’s (Mike Ndlangamandla) baby. Without question, Dhlomo is Sne’s type, but her ego is still bruised after Lindelani rejected her and their unborn baby. So she is trying to protect herself from further heartache and Dhlomo isn’t making it any easier with his advances and the fact that he’s easy on the eye..
