Three months before her 37th birthday, Duchess Meghan became the newest member of the royal family; three months before her 38th, she became a first-time mom to Archie Mountbatten-Windsor. Between the joys (and challenges!) of parenthood, her hands-on charity work and a constant slew of royal obligations alongside husband Prince Harry, Meghan is overdue for some downtime to relax — and celebrate — when her birthday arrives on Aug. 4. According to a Star insider, it’ll be quite the summer shindig. “Meghan’s party will cost around $1 million,” reveals a palace source. “Harry is set on throwing his wife the best birthday she’s ever had.”
