A FED-UP KIM KARDASHIAN IS QUIETLY PLOTTING TO LEAVE HER ERRATIC AND TROUBLED HUSBAND, KANYE WEST.

IT was a make-or-break trip. In August, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West packed their bags and took their four kids on an extended vacation, first to the Dominican Republic, then to an ultra-posh “glamping” spot in a remote part of Colorado. The plan was to unplug from the rest of the world and work on their marriage, which was in major trouble at that point, thanks to Kanye’s questionable presidential run and a recent Twitter rant in which the rapper accused his wife of six years of trying to have him locked up. “While they were away,” says an insider, “Kanye promised he’d ease up on the politics, back off the social media tirades and be more respectful of Kim’s feelings.”

The pact didn’t last. Just a few weeks later, Kanye, 43, was up to his old tricks again. On Sept. 16, he posted a shocking video which seemed to depict him urinating on one of his Grammy awards alongside rants against the music industry. And, according to an insider, the embarrassing stunt is the last straw for Kim. “She’s been getting her ducks in a row in case something like this happened again,” says the insider. Now that it has, she’s ready to put into action a plan she’s been working on to escape her marriage. “She can’t endure Kanye’s mood swings or cruel and inhumane treatment any longer,” adds the insider of the 39-year-old reality star, mom to their kids North, 7, Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, and 16-month-old Psalm. “She’ll be filing paperwork soon. It’s not a question of if, but when.”
