In a candid chat withSanjanaShetty, Nora talks about her life, fantasies and Bollywood.

Nora, you are a marvellous dancer, did you always want to be one or is it to pave your way to be an actor? I always wanted to be an actor and an entertainer, I wanted to act and dance together. I didn’t want to choose between the two, but I did know that dance would be the USP to enter the industry.

How was the journey till now?

My journey till now has been very unplanned, there has been no formula that I have put together in order to be in Bollywood. I just did whatever came my way, whether it was a song or a dance video so I could be seen and people would start to notice me, I never said no to work that came my way. Anything that would be challenging for my work and has talent in it, I did it. I have done reality shows and I’m hosting my own show on MTV.

You have worked with many male singers and actors, what quality of theirs do you appreciate the most?

I appreciate their passion, the hard work they put in.

Dancer, host, model: any other aspect you want to be famous in?

I never actually modelled; there is a lot of false information. I never had a photo shoot or did ramp walk. I was doing commercial work like advertisements. In the future, I would love to do different roles or characters in movies by which people can remember me. I want to act more and leave an impact on people.

Tell us something about yourself that you think people don’t know.

I’m very loyal and appreciative about my relationships and friends. I’m very sensitive, emotional; it really affects me if someone in my life hurts me. If anyone breaks my trust, that’s a big deal.
