She was an NRI investment banker. Moving to India post the financial bubble burst in 2008, this cute gal decided to explore the Hindi filmo ki duniya. Just like our desi gal Priyanka Chopra (aka her Mimi didi), she started nursing her dreams of being a Bollywood actor. And after working behind the scenes for a couple of months and being under the tutelage of her cousin sister, the damsel was launched in the YRF film Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. She then ventured into the industry as a full-fledged heroine in her next film Ishaqzaade. And after doing an array of films, Mademoiselle Parineeti Chopra has registered herself in the list of who’s who in Bollywood. Be it TV commercials or starry projects or talk shows or just chilling out with the stars, Parineeti is almost everywhere. But unfortunately, none of her films till date have been able to rake in the moolah at the Box office.

Now, her jabariya co-star had no connections with B-town at all. After kick starting his modelling career at the age of 18, he went on to be an assistant director in a few Hindi films. Maybe, that’s when he realised his dream of being a hero! Debonair and dashing, Sidharth Malhotra was launched with much grandeur by the film czar of the industry.
