Shah Rukh Khan Is 'Fan'tastic, Says Alia Bhatt
STARDUST INDIA

As she entered, she took a video of the entire room and asked everybody to wave towards the camera for her social media, and that definitely portrayed the enthusiasm and vivacious attitude this young diva possessed. She knows how to break the ice before an interview, making sure to greet everybody present. She walks the talk and has no qualms talking about her life. You ask her a question, and without much thought, she surprises you with her unexpected reply. After that, your viewpoint about her begins to assume shape in a different dimension. Like her co-stars say, she possesses the IQ of a 35 year old, and after this interaction with this lively, sincere and straightforward star, I am stunned. Alia Bhatt totally warrants all the praise and acclaim that floats her way and Shravan Shah is awestruck with her responses when they get together for a candid conversation.

Kapoor And Sons was a perfect dysfunctional family tale. How did your character add spice to the plot?
My character definitely added laughter to the entire plot. In the film, my character Tia was randomly happy about everything in life. She was the girl who knew how to love life and have fun with every moment. She was known to play pranks and mess around with people. Later on, of course, you get to know that she is hiding something deep within, and that’s why she tries to find goodness in everything. There was a lot of depth to my character, yet it was the lightest part of them all.
Many times, when actors portray a character, they tend to leave a bit of their dust on it and vice-versa. What were the similarities Tia and you had?
If you saw the song Kar Gayi Chull, the way she danced and partied, probably that’s me. I am like that when I am with people I love, my friends. When I am happy, I go all out. At the same time, I can go all down as well. I am a typical Piscean; I’m a very moody person. There were a few similarities, then again there were a lot of things I hadn’t done before. Let’s say I am not as vocal as Tia was. I am a little more hyper, whereas she, as a character, was way more easy and chilled out.
You’ve shared screen space with Sidharth Malhotra before, but it was the first time, you were paired with Fawad Khan. What was the bonding equation you two shared?
