With a successful run at the Box Office with his eclectic choices in the year gone by, VD is gearing up for his upcoming releases. After a grueling day at work, the cool actor engages in a quick chat with Pooja Sharma.

You’d said earlier,‘‘It’s the best time to make and attempt different films.’’ What, according to you, are the prerequisites to keep in check, before making one? 

We make these ‘different’ films with the correct budget. Every film has a certain budget. You can’t make them outside the budget. When you do that, they will fail. Having said that the budget of the film is important, and again, it depends on the kind of film it is. Of course, the story and script are the most important factors.
