It was a life-changing experience. In February, Jennifer Aniston boarded a plane to Mexico with six friends to celebrate her 50th birthday. But just moments after takeoff, something went terribly wrong. “The plane lost a tire, forcing them to make an emergency landing,” recounts an insider, explaining that the terrifying incident was “a true wake up call.” “Jen’s a very spiritual person and took it as a sign that it’s time to let go of the past, let her guard down and live life to the fullest.”

Now she plans on doing just that by finally sitting down for a bombshell tell-all interview, says the insider. “Jen is known for being tight-lipped about her life, but she’s told friends she’s gearing up to spill everything,” the insider tells OK!, adding that the Friends alum has let it slip that she intends to talk about her relationship with ex-husband Brad Pitt, her desire to become a mom and her plans for the future. “Jen’s fearless and eager to speak up — and she’s not going to hold back,” the insider continues. “She may cry, she may laugh, but she’ll be honest. She’s ready to break her silence.”
