On Dec.14, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton cozied up in the bleachers at her eldest son Kingston's football practice. “Gwen and Blake couldn’t keep their hands off each other,” a source says of the couple, who packed on the PDA between cheers. “They were simply giddy!”

And with good reason:After more than four years of dating, “Blake quietly proposed to Gwen at the beginning of the holiday season — and she, of course, said yes,” an insider tells OK!, adding that the country crooner, 43, had been planning to pop the question for quite some time, but wanted to wait until December because of the 50-year-old’s love of Christmas. “At first, Gwen and Blake wanted to keep their engagement quiet so they could enjoy this milestone together. But they decided Christmas morning would be the perfect time to share the news with their family and close friends,” the insider continues, noting that everyone’s been anxiously waiting for the couple to make it official. “The holidays couldn’t have been more perfect. Gwen and Blake both feel so lucky.”
